A Week Before Your Appointment
Avoid:
- Alcohol
- Aspirin or Ibuprofen
- Fish oil, vitamin E, or herbal supplements
These can thin your blood and make you more prone to swelling and bruising.
Do:
- Hydrate like it’s your job
- Eat leafy greens + vitamin K-rich foods
- Get plenty of sleep
If you’ve had recent dental work, vaccines, or are on certain medications — be sure to disclose that in your intake form or consult.

What Happens During Your Appointment?
- Consultation & Facial Mapping: We’ll assess your face at rest and in motion, and create a custom plan to enhance balance, symmetry, and structure.
- Pre-Treatment Photos: So you can track your glow-up later
- Numbing Cream (if needed): Especially for lips and sensitive areas
- Precise Injections: Most sessions take 20–40 minutes
- Aftercare Talk: You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do (and not do) post-treatment
What to Expect After Filler
You may experience:
- Mild swelling
- Tenderness or firmness at the injection site
- Bruising (common with lips or under-eyes)
All of this is normal — and usually resolves in 3–5 days. Lips may look “big” or uneven at first — let them settle. Full results: 1–2 weeks. Touch-up (if needed): after 14 days.
